Abstract

Abstract-The examination and approval of tourism service standards and quality management is an important issue in the construction of tourism quality evaluation system. It is a common way to examine and approve tourism service standards and quality management from the perspective of tourists' preference. However, the collection of tourists' information and accurate push of information are its core issues. This paper proposes a tourism information push method based on LBS and big data analysis of tourist characteristics. First, tourist feature modeling, and then tourist hierarchical feature extraction based on big data analysis. After that, the similarity between tourists and similar groups of tourists is calculated. Finally, we need to choose the push mode of the message. In addition, the system can continuously train the message base according to the characteristics of tourists' individual consumption behavior, push the key phrases of tourists' personality, and push the personalized customized messages to tourists separately. The system can push the key phrases of tourists' personality according to their further consumption behavior characteristics. The experimental results show that the information pushed to tourists by similar tourist groups can provide more and more appropriate personalized service information for tourists.
