Abstract

Artificial intelligence projects a glowing image of an intelligent society and expands the boundaries of people's life and social organization. However, based on discrimination of algorithms, the development of artificial intelligence deviates from the basic orientation of its relationship with human beings, which is contrary to the constitutional value of “human dignity”. Human rationality ascertain that the purpose of human beings is to be self-freedom, while the value of “things” lies in serving the purpose of “human beings”. Science and technology neutrality cannot deny the argument that artificial intelligence weakens human subjectivity caused by algorithmic discrimination.
