Effect of Influencer Services and Social Media Marketing in Increasing Profitability on MSMEs in Bandung
Abstract
This study aims to find out the effect of the use of Influencer Services and Social Media on the Profitability of MSME sales in Bandung. Jeni's research used is explanatory by using quantitative. The sample in this study was 60 respondents of MSMEs in Bandung using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using classic assumption tests. The results showed that the use of influencer services and social media marketing together had a significant effect on the profitability of MSME sales in the city of Bandung. Determination shows that influencer service variables are obtained by 0.300 and social media variables of 2,230. It can be concluded that social media is a tool to help us in promoting MSMES in Bandung.
