Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work from Home (WFH) and information technology on the productivity of employees of Bank Mandiri, KSM division, Bandung branch. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The primary data used were questionnaires and interviews with 35 respondents of Bank Mandiri employees, KSM division of Bandung branch. The results of the study concluded that WFH and information technology had an influence on employee productivity with an overall score of 54.1%. This study emphasizes the importance of increasing employee productivity during a pandemic so that companies remain competitive.
