Abstract

Requirements can be segregated into two categories namely Functional Requirements (FRs) and Non Functional Requirements (NFRs).NFRs are equally significant as FRs. However, NFRs are not consideredexplicitly till the design and implementation phase of software development. But for success of software, it is vital to consider the NFRs during the early phases of software development. Usability is one of the NFRs factors of ISO 25010 Quality standard and it has to be well-thought-out during the initial phases of development of software.NFRs are complex and difficult to elicit. In this research paper, a framework based on NFRs elicitation has purposed. The concepyualmodel consist of different four layers like first layer is Questionnaire Acquation layer, Questionnaire Distribution layer, Questionnaire Analysis layer, and Quationnaire Visualization layer. In first layer, questionnaire is designed and in second layer questionnaire is shared among various IT professionals and academicians. The results are visualized with the help of different  piecharts.
