Construction of the Teacher Competency Model in School Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism: from the Perspective of Industry Education

Abstract

The construction of long-term mechanism of higher vocational school enterprise cooperation (SEC) could cultivate more excellent compound talents with high-tech skills to help the graduates o f higher vocational colleges better adapt to the requirements of industrial fields. Through interviewing five teachers and students of higher vocational colleges as well as five enterprise managers, the research put forward a School Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism composed of six administrative cooperative measures and designed a teacher competency model as a part of the mechanism to tackle the main challenges existing in higher vocational school enterprise cooperation. The research results have certain reference value for the improvement of school enterprise cooperation from the perspective of industry education integration.
