Design and Research of Servo Motor Control System Based on Stm32 Single Chip Microcomputer

Abstract

Servo motor is a control motor that effectively controls position, speed, acceleration and torque by controlling the movement of mechanical equipment in the servo structure. In an automatic control system, the function of an AC servo motor is to convert the received voltage signal into a specific speed or angular displacement of the motor, so it can be controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. STM32 series single-chip microcomputer is an advanced single-chip microcomputer, which can complete the effective control of the servo motor. Combining STM32 and other microcontrollers with servo driver to form servo motor control system will be the main trend of industrial control development in the future. This paper introduces the research and design of servo motor control method based on STM32. Compared with the traditional single chip microcomputer control method, the control system has the advantages of good economy, fast processing speed, good real-time performance, high integration, strong anti-interference, etc., which can better realize the accurate positioning and uniform speed operation of AC servo motor.
