Abstract

At present, the grounding device of transmission line is mainly introduced into the underground through round steel or other similar devices to achieve the function of discharging. The disadvantage of underground drainage is that steel is buried underground for a long time, especially in the marine environment, the corrosion of steel is especially serious. In addition, due to the concealment buried in the ground, the corrosion of the grounding device after several years has not played a role in protecting and discharging the current. Because it is difficult to be found and replaced, it brings great difficulties to the safe operation of the line. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the grounding device of the existing transmission line. In this paper, a new rolling plate foundation is developed to meet the mechanical characteristics of transmission lines, and the roller foundation is made of conductive concrete. Finally, the grounding device is buried in the roller foundation to form the grounding foundation inside the conductive roller. Through the finite element numerical simulation and corrosion simulation analysis, it is concluded that the grounding foundation in the conductive roller disc has good mechanical performance, the combined conductivity of conductive concrete and grounding device is stronger than that of a single one, and has more conductive performance and is not easy to be corroded. To sum up, the grounding foundation in the conductive roller disc is very suitable for marine transmission lines.
