Abstract

In modern days machine tools which are used to produce parts that are in- dimension with accurate
accuracy and throughput. Machine tool spindle is one of the components which impact accuracy and throughput
of the machine. Effective development of industries with the assorted design of products, high speed machining
technology has been widely used. In this present work high speed motorized spindle is designed and analyzed
with different materials under the given load conditions. The 3D modeling of spindle is designed in CATIA.The
material used for spindles is Steel. AISI 1050 STEEL, Carbon fiber and aluminum alloy7075 are replaced with
steel. Structural and dynamic analyses are done using ANSYS software. Modal analysis also is done to
determine the frequencies
