Relationship between Location Preference and Revenue of Tourism Hotels Based on Web Gis

Abstract

The relationship between location preference and revenue of tourism hotels based on Web GIS is
researched in this paper. Based on the data of Ctrip, this paper grabs the online information of hotels in
typical cities, and studies its impact on the online booking volume of hotels in different cities. The results
show that: hotel rating, hotel location and non recommendation rate of the booking platform have a
significant impact on the online booking volume of all city hotels. Hotel hygiene has a significant impact on
the hotel reservation in comprehensive city, but has a significant impact on the hotel reservation in the
industrial and commercial city, but not in the tourist city. The hotel price has a significant negative
correlation effect on the comprehensive city hotel reservation quantity, has a significant positive correlation
effect on the commercial city hotel reservation quantity, but has no significant influence on the tourism city
hotel reservation quantity. The results obtained in this paper has certain reference to the research of
relationship between location preference and revenue of tourism hotels.
