Mitigation of Common Mode Voltage in Multilevel Inverter Using Modified PWM Techniques
Abstract
Multi level inverter (MLI) plays an important role in medium voltage and high power control of energy. In this
article, a new T-type MLI has been offered based on pulse width modulation technique. The circuit aims at offering
five-levels of voltage and reduced common mode voltage. In order to verify whether it is efficient and feasible, a
design and its output waveform for the prototype is attached in this paper. The simulation of this inverter is done
using MATLAB/SIMULINK software.
