Abstract

Cryptography is a science of protecting information in a communication network by transforming it into a secure format.  It is one of the growing fields with a lot of developments using many mathematical topics like algebra, number theory etc.  Now a days graph theory techniques are employed in cryptography to transfer the information more securely in a communication network, as the knowledge of graph theory is essential for hacking.  In this paper, we proposed a new symmetric encryption algorithm to generate a crypt text using a shared key, applying the concept of path graph, double vertex graph along with some algorithmic concepts.
