Abstract

In order to study the internal flow field of the flowmeter of the branch pipe flow measurement method, reasonably match the characteristics of the flow rate of the main pipe of the flowmeter and the flow of the branch pipe, improve the flow rate of the branch pipe, by changing the structure of the flowmeter of the branch pipe flow measurement method, the numerical simulation method is used to The flow field characteristics of the flowmeter are analyzed, and the correctness of the numerical simulation is verified through theoretical calculation. The results show that when the flowmeter structure is a concave triangle and the main pipe flow rate is 1kg/s, the branch pipe flow is relatively maximum, the maximum is 0.053kg/s; when the flowmeter structure is a flat quadrilateral, and the main pipe flow rate At 1kg/s, the flow rate of the branch pipe is relatively minimum, and the minimum is 0.00067kg/s.
