also presents an overview of the green building development situation within country. Some
factors include Green Technology development, social & economic benefits, and certification
schemes. Other factors are the development and application of Green Building technology,
the level of building management, and how users interact with the Green building
technology. At present, 49 worldwide green building standards and application have been
sorted out, including 18 standard expert appraisal systems. To accurately appreciate and use
green building technology, it is necessary to improve the policy and incentive system,
improve the proficient quality and technical capability of employees and accredited
consultant.
