Abstract. The technology and innovations are become part and parcel of every human in this world. The technological development reached to all the people and materials from pin to aircraft. It also emerged in the place of teaching and learning pedagogy and the new generation students also adopting the technology as fast as the previous generation. Therefore, to overcome the gap of the technical knowledge lack and the present situation of COVID-19 pandemic, it is become a necessary parameter for the educational system. Many countries across the globe have adopted the online mode of teaching and learning. The present paper aims to analyse the various impact of online pedagogical teaching and learning system on teachers and student’s community. The study involves in quantifying teacher’s perspective such as delivery of content, technological knowledge barriers and infrastructure obstacles. It also measures the pros and cons of the student’s points of view such as cost-benefit, infrastructure issues, and network connectivity. The study found that there are many quantifiable benefits and discomforts are happening with the virtual teaching methods and knowledge generating process. Present study also suggesting the policy makers, educational bodies; educational institutions must have to take appropriate measures to overcome the issues and to provide better teaching and learning atmosphere. The virtual method of teaching could be an extremely real alternative standard of teaching and learning pedagogy for the matured, self-controlled student, it will be an unsuitable educational atmosphere for additional reliant on student fraternity. Harmonizing the usage of hypermedia and open instructive properties with delivery of the content by the instructor increases problems of program possession as well as the quantifiable program outcomes. The feature has been altered due to certain substantial time with more matured students, many students have joining work and education, many students observing for elastic learning selections. If the school dropouts are being a significant section in the school and college level learner, no extended leading carters in the plans based on the organizations that seeks to wider markets, especially global marketplaces. The greatest committed schoolchildren require to get fine and nominal profession once they complete the study, then only the learners to join in any organisation and receive the commensurate earning level. It is particularly right as the tuition related and coaching cost of education hikes.
