Research On Regional Innovation Capability Evaluation Based On The Entropy Value Method In China

Abstract

Abstract: In the 21st century, innovation becomes the most important driving force of economic development. In this paper, typical areas of China's regional innovation ability is evaluated by entropy value method based on the analysis of Chinese economic development and innovation .The article selected10 typical provinces from the eastern, central , west and northeast region as the research sample, extracting statistical data from three years(2011 to 2012),and using the entropy value method to handle the data collected ,to get the result, to analyze the result and give relevant policy suggestions of enhancing Chineses regional innovation capability.
