Abstract

In past few years, scholars, intellectuals, academic have explored number of ways to improve the spark efficiency of wire cut-EDM process including Special functional role of objects and difficult shapes that are now dealing with many of the micro level proportion to the cost and its effects. Nowadays this method of wire cut-EDM has concentrates on the development of various production qualities with choice of input process parameters through the various techniques like genetic algorithm, artificial semantic network, and method of Taguchi, Surface response strategy. Since, super alloys like nickel, titanium etc, and its alloys discover in most of the applications in aeronautic, auto industry elements like engine valves turbine blades and also in a field of nanotechnology, because of their excellent presentation at high pressure and high temperature differentiate to other alloys. In some other experimental analysis. Specially, super alloys are having high imitative properties such as hard ability, resistance of high temperature and outmost strength-to-weight proportion, such alloys as titanium, nickel and their super alloys
