Task Assignment and Motivation on Crowdsourcing Platform Using Socialmedia and Machine learning

Abstract

Crowdsourcing is a model where individuals or organizations receive services from many internet users, including ideas, finances, completing complex tasks, etc. As David Alan Grier mentioned in [1], the most challenging part of crowdsourcing is raising the right crowd. We have proposed a novel approach to solve these issues. The knowledge and belief based trust algorithm is proposed for selecting the right crowd. A reinforcement learning-based gamification method is proposed to motivate more users to participate in crowdsourcing tasks .To assess the performance of the proposed method ,applied these algorithms on the Faculty network, created for faculties, to share the academic knowledge and research experience. Also, we have proved that our approach is better than the existing method.
