Abstract

This paper analyzes the machining requirements of the valve core sleeve parts and the impact of the current special high-precision inner aperture grinder on its machining accuracy. A high-precision inner aperture grinder spindle model is established on the Creo platform to make stress analysis of high-precision grinder spindle under simulated machining condition. On the ansys software platform, the finite element model of the special high-precision grinder spindle is established under bearing support constraint state, and modal analysis is made on the grinder spindle structure under working conditions. According to the analysis results under simulated working conditions, spindle of the high-precision inner aperture grinder is optimized, and the optimized inner aperture grinder spindle mechanism is used in production, which improves dynamic performance of the spindle and achieves good results
