School Administration And Its Educational Role In Raising Adequacy Of Remedial Education Programs In View Of Total Quality Management In Jordan

Abstract

The study aimed to demonstrate the importance of the educational role of school administration to raise the adequacy of curative education in the presence of total quality management from the perspective of teachers and administrators. In this study, the researcher investigated the reality of this role as well as the need for it in applyingremedial education program;in order to improve scientific and educational outcomes in schools as an important element that reinforce human resources of the society. The study was conducted using the developmental survey curriculum, as a questionnaire was distributed on a stratified cluster sample of 60 individuals of teachers and principals of schools that run the remedial education program. The results of the study showed a need for the educational role of school administration to raise the adequacy of remedial education programs in the presence of total quality management. The study came out with several recommendations, including: working on activating the educational role of school administration in implementing the remedial education program in schools in order to achieve its goals, improving the implementation mechanism of these programs and raising itsadequacy by calling attention toits concept and how to implement it by theteaching staff, in addition to making use of  contemporary technology to provide this approach with means which facilitate its application to ensure the achievement of tangible results in the presence of total quality management.
