A Generic Methodology For Implementing Fog Computing On Various Applications

Abstract

:- Fog computing conserve many key benefits of cloud computing. Cloud can't handle well localized challenges of networking elements and not sufficient for few applications. Fog provides the system like storage, compute, data and application to end user. It is additionally in a fine position to address the local performance issues. Fog computing provides security in cloud environment. The applications used in this project are College attendance system and Blood bank. Raspberry pi is used as the key element to implement these application. In College attendance system, user face will be recognised by using camera module. The time will be recorded when the user image is captured. In Blood bank, the user whoever requires the blood, has to send message to the  blood bank with the details as required blood group and mail id. The blood bank system will check the database and update to the user.
