Abstract

The aim of this study is to predict the mechanism of compound Huangqin Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer by network pharmacology. The research methods are as follows: search the TCMSP database for the effective components and related targets of Huangqin decoction, useGeneCards,TTD,PharmGkb,DrugBank four databases to screen the disease target of gastric ulcer, use string and Cytoscape software to carry out protein target interaction network, and through R language for GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, expound its possible mechanism. The results showed that 170 active components of Huangqin Decoction were obtained, of which baicalin was the main component for treating gastric ulcer, and 2831 targets were mainly involved in JUN and AKT1 protein. GO and KEGG showed that PI3K?Akt, IL-17 and TNF signaling pathways were more enriched. Finally, the conclusion is drawn as following. The network pharmacology can effectively predict the target and mechanism of Huangqin Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer, and provide theoretical basis for clinical research
