Abstract

Micro algae Marine application of wastewater biological treatment in the aspect of urban sludge treatment has a history of one hundred years, but used in high concentration organic wastewater treatment is more than ten years, successively developed micro algae ocean contact process for biological treatment of wastewater, the ocean of micro algae wastewater biological treatment of biological filter and micro algae sea ocean of wastewater biological treatment sludge bed, micro algae wastewater biological fluidized bed (expanded bed), two of Marine micro algae wastewater biological treatment process and other new technology. Although microalgae Marine wastewater biological treatment process is an efficient process, but because reactor sludge growth slow; Long start-up time; (3) The biological treatment of Marine wastewater using microalgae alone, the effluent quality generally cannot meet the discharge standard, need to be supplemented by aerobic treatment; Less application experience and other reasons, its practical application is not much. In this paper, an engineering example of biofilm treatment of polyester chip high concentration wastewater by Marine biological treatment with upstream microalgae is presented as follows: slurry mixing ? prepolymerization ? final polymerization ? pellet cutting ? crystallizer ? cooling ? discharge., which is specially designed to treat the high-concentration wastewater discharged from production. The effluent is then aerated by the aerobic system and discharged to the water quality standard, while the low-concentration water enters the aerobic system directly?
