Abstract

An operating room and the staffing is a key resourcing in hospital and the surgical scheduling is need to improve management level of the operation room management. In this paper, a new surgical scheduling model is proposed which focus on the patient's waiting time, staffing skill and the uncertainty of the operating. Especially based on the membership function in fuzzy control theory, the patient satisfaction model is built by a reasonable waiting time window of the surgery patient. At the same time, considering of the operating staffing's impact on the operation time, a multi-objective planning model of surgical scheduling is established. Finally, the optimal surgical scheduling scheme is obtained by the particle swarm optimal and improved genetic algorithm. In the end optimal surgical scheduling scheme is verified in the one hospital operating room management.
