Abstract

Based on TRIZ innovative design and theoretical system, at present, express stations, deposit cabinets and Fengchao cabinets are mostly delivered manually, which takes up people’s resources and takes a long time to sort out. If there are many people to pick up, they need to wait on line, with low efficiency, long time and too high or too low storage of goods. It is relatively difficult for some people to find and take, without allowing consumers to experience a convenient, fast, efficient and simple storage method. In view of the above problems, put forward this project, carry out mechanical design, electrical schematic design, PLC programming, touch screen configuration, assembly and debugging, and realize the effect of intelligent identification of goods in the warehouse and automatic access of robots to goods. The use process is simple and convenient, which can always make consumers access goods efficiently in a short time. The practical requirements are achieved.
