Abstract

This Research Is Motivated By The Phenomenon Of The Phinisi Shipbuilding Community In The Process Of Entrepreneurial Cultural Transformation That Is Unique. Aside From Being A Cultural Product That Is A Source Of Pride For Its Community Entities As Well As A Source Of Income For The Local Community. A Qualitative Approach Was Chosen To Dig Deeper Into This Theme With The Method Of Observation, W Interview Deep And Documentation. The Primary Data Source Is The Phinisi Ship Craftsmen In The Bulukumba Area Of ??South Sulawesi. The Results Showed That The Entrepreneurial Culture Of Phinisi Shipbuilding Was Formed Through The Learning Process Of Exchanging Experiences That Took Place Across Generations. Through This Learning Process, Phinisi Ship Craftsmen Are Able To Foster (1) Self-Confidence In Entrepreneurship, (2) Unyielding Attitude And Courage To Take Risks, (3) Promote Hard Work, (4) Do Not Depend On Others, (5) Always Be Creative And Innovating In Producing Products, (6) Maintaining Originality Of Production Results, (7) Ability To Cooperate In Groups, (8) Future-Oriented, And (9) Not Wasting Opportunities.
