Abstract

Arthritis is an acute or chronic systemic disease of a joint accompanied with pain. In industrialized countries it mainly causes disability among people over 50 year of age. RA affects women than men in the total population in the world, it is the most common form of degenerative knee-joint disorder. The incidence of arthritis is higher in female than in males and while not being limited to the elderly, increases with age. This research proposal to develop the mathematical model for Arthritis and Foot pressure. It is also proposed to develop an instrument to measure the Arthritis using non-invasive technique. It helps us to detect the Arthritis at the early stages and its correlation with foot pressure. The foot pressure of a patient can be obtained by using a foot pressure pad designed with piezo resistive material. The pressure values are obtained as a raw data and the processed images are analyzed using CNN and ML. The major study of the research is to bring the relation between the pressure points and Arthritis.
