Government and Directions for Integrating Ethnic Community Plans in The Kingdom of Thailand

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the problems and obstacles in the operation of the
government and the direction of the integration of ethnic community plan in the Kingdom of Thailand. 2)
to study the factors and components of the government and the direction of the integration of ethnic
community plan in the Kingdom of Thailand and 3) to study the government direction and the direction
of the integration of ethnic community plan in the Kingdom Thai. It is a qualitative research by using the
analysis of document data. The researcher has studied and analysis from articles, textbooks, journals,
online media and related research. The results of the study showed that: The problem of the lack of legal
status of the people. Ethnic groups impair rights and opportunities in many areas and become an obstacle
to government operations. Unable to access government services, even if considered the operation is still
delayed and there are problems in the management of ethnic groups living on the border still lacking clear
information. As for the factors and components of the government and the direction of the integration of
5 areas, namely education and culture Residential side Basic Health Human Rights And career. As for
government guidelines and directions, the ethnic registration database should be modernized and
supporting appropriate knowledge and local knowledge Modify the paradigm of direction, integration of
ethnic community plans that reside in the Kingdom of Thailand and management mechanisms that are
appropriate for the current situation.
