Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the curveball strategy in enhancing the competitive advantage in real estate companies in Jordan. The curveball strategy was divided into three dimensions: (pricing deception, promo deception, deception with the physical environment). A sample of heads of real estate companies in Jordan. The descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the study concluded with a set of results that there is a role for the curveball strategy in achieving competitive advantage through attracting customers, in addition to the use of deception methods in marketing, and the study also reached a conclusion that there is a statistically significant effect of the role of pricing deception, promo deception, and deception with the physical environment as dimensions of the curveball strategy in achieving competitive advantage in real estate companies in Jordan.
