Abstract

The purpose of the study is, seeking the potential of using social media’s posts help authorities to
monitor the road traffic condition. Qualitative data were gathered from social media. A descriptive analysis
has been processed, followed by the thematic clusters data coding technique. Some of the trend and pattern
can be seen from the data.
