The Analysis of Career Development and Placement of Employee Performance in Pt. Global Means of Transindo in Jakarta
Abstract
Employee career placement becomes an important issue in the company. experience of performance,
seniority and work loyalty greatly influence work development. The study aims to determine whether
or not the influence of career development and placement on performance at PT. Global Sarana
Transindo Jakarta Indonesia. The explanatory research method is used to explain statistically the
influence of the dependent and independent variables. Analysis technique with statistical hypothesis
testing. there is a significant influence of employee performance and placement on employee
performance of 58.2%, based on the F count> F table or (39.612> 2.770).
