Operation Management of e-Commerce Enterprises Based on 5G+ Blockchain Technology and Bilateral Platform

Abstract

In the process of rapid development, e-commerce has played a positive role in promoting people's
lifestyle and social and economic development. Based on this form, we should continue to strengthen the
integration of computer technology and e-commerce, in order to better improve the service quality of ecommerce platform. The characteristics of blockchain, such as decentralization, smart contract, and
unforgeability, can just cope with the development difficulties of e-commerce information insecurity and
transaction dishonesty. The circulation system, payment system and credit system in the core module of ecommerce can be constructed by using the relevant technical characteristics and mode concept of
blockchain, so as to realize the interconnection of e-commerce information value chain. This paper studies
the operation management of e-commerce enterprises based on 5g + blockchain technology and bilateral
platform. The experimental results show that the blockchain based e-commerce can eliminate the security
vulnerabilities of e-commerce from the technical level. The system can seek a new balance between
centralization and decentralization, and build a blockchain technology system with short update interval,
large data throughput and flexible consensus mechanism.
