Structural, Morphological and Magnetic Properties of Bi1-xSrxFeO3 and Gd-substituted Bi1-xSrxFeO3 Perovskite Nanoferrites by Sol-gel

Abstract

—This experiment using the method of polyacrylamide sol-gel synthetic Bi1-xSrxFeO3
(x=0.02~0.12) powder. The diffraction peak trend together with the increase of Sr2+ and the different
calcining temperature show that the best calcining temperature is 600?. The reunion phenomenon more
serious with the increase of doping and the particle morphology become more and more random. It can get
smaller particle size with the increasing of Sr2+
, and the area of hysteresis loop change distinct. Bi0.7Gd0.3-
xSrxFeO3 (x=0.05~0.25) nanoparticles were synthesized by sol–gel. When Calcination temperature up to
700? can get a single-phase and good crystals. Calcination temperature is 700?can get rules and tetragonal
shape particles. With the increase of x-value, large magnetic of the sample are exposed, for x=0.25, the
change of magnetic area is small, and tend to be saturated.
