Abstract

If we pay attention to the basis of social-political events, which took place in 20 th century, we come across fiercely-violated October revolution. Million amount of progressive strengths, workers, oppressed people and nations met with happiness the revolution in February of 1917, which caused to leave “white tsar” his own throne - by the language of people. The people considered the tsarism as the main reason of colonization and its oppression and suffering. Many intensive attempts started as an influence of events in Petrograd in order to take shape buds of newly existing society in Turkestan. The autonomy of the country became a main task in social-political life of Turkestan. The idea of giving Turkestan the authority of autonomy did not only become popular among democratic intelligent people, but even among ordinary people of the region.
