Abstract

This paper analyzed the vibration cause and characteristics of the lubricating pipe for a large capacity condenser, and put forward the corresponding control scheme. The solid model of the pipeline and the simplified model of the support and hanger are established and assembled in ANSYS software for fluid analysis. The impact pressure of the fluid acting on the inner wall of the pipeline is obtained and imported to the structural mechanics module for secondary analysis. The analysis data are transferred to the modal analysis module for the calculation to obtain the natural frequency of the pipeline under the fluid structure interaction. The vibration of the condenser is used as the excitation source for harmonic response analysis with the pipeline system. The influence of pipe hanger, fluid flow characteristics and vibration source on pipe vibration is fully compared, and the reason and resonance frequency of abnormal vibration are found. Finally, according to the simulation results, corresponding support and hanger adjustment intervention schemes are proposed. After the adjustment, the resonance frequency of 50 Hz is successfully avoided, and the vibration of the pipeline system is obviously improved, which shows that the proposed control scheme is feasible and effective. This work has reference value for the monitoring and control of condenser lubricating pipe vibration.
