Experimental Research on College Aerobics Cooperative Learning Teaching Based on Multiple Intelligences Theory

Abstract

The core of the theory of multiple intelligences is to develop potential and promote everyone's all-round development. Taking students as the center and using multiple intelligences teaching tools as a means, it creatively unifies the promotion of students' intelligence development and skill learning in teaching practice. Carrying out multi-intelligence theory teaching in aerobics teaching in colleges and universities can make students give full play to their initiative in learning, greatly stimulate their enthusiasm for learning aerobics, and help students improve their comprehensive quality. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of aerobics in Chinese colleges and universities, and probes into the diversified teaching contents, diversified teaching methods and scientific teaching evaluation system, so as to better cope with the problems existing in the teaching process and promote the continuous reform and development of aerobics teaching. Inspired by the theory of multiple intelligences education, aerobics teaching in colleges and universities should reflect on teaching concepts, teaching methods, evaluation mechanism and so on, and devote itself to developing students' multiple intelligences.
