Mining Association Rules of Medical and Health Data Based on Pos Algorithm

Abstract

Although data mining has been widely used in finance, astronomy and other industries, its application in medical disease treatment is still in its infancy, and medical diagnosis and treatment has strong characteristics compared with other industries. With the deepening of the research on medical big data mining, the association rule algorithm has gradually attracted the attention of relevant experts and scholars, and has produced some mature theories and applications. At present, the database processing in most hospitals belongs to the low-end operation of medical database, which lacks data integration and analysis, let alone mining deep, implicit and valuable knowledge in this large amount of data resources. Mining association rules can find interesting association or correlation between attributes of a large number of data. In this paper, a medical key data location technology based on improved association rules is proposed. The data structure is analyzed based on PSO algorithm, and then the association rule features are extracted from medical data to realize the key data mining location. The simulation test is carried out, and the validity conclusion is obtained.
