Abstract

 

This study focuses on knowing the factors that influence employee performance according to ISO 9001: 2015 which focuses on the decline in the performance of the employees of the Teraskita Hotel construction project in Bandung from PT. X due to the lack of human resource management of the training programs provided to employees. One of the reasons for the decline in employee performance is the lack of level of training that the company has provided for the past three years. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of recruitment and training on the performance of human resources at PT. X. This study uses a qualitative method with data triangulation techniques with research subjects to 3 manager respondents and 13 respondents to project employees. The sample is drawn based on the saturated sampling method. The results of this study are the employee performance in the Teraskita Hotel construction project shows an increase due to the training program implemented by the company. In the end, it can be concluded that the HR management of PT. X causes employee performance to not produce maximum results in all projects implemented, even though the results of the performance appraisal after the training program show an increase
