Abstract

This article takes stock of a state of the art of strategic decision making. It is a question of studying and understanding the variables affecting the decision-making process. Our empirical study was based on a qualitative work with a semantic analysis by TROPES software. The results obtained explain the different variables that have an impact on the decision-making process, focusing on the effect of the recommendation on strategic decision-making. We have highlighted that the strategic decision is taken based on a set of information and consultation. Indeed, the recommendation is basic for this decision.
