Feasibility Studies Of Optimal Anvil Diameter For Mining Operations With Hydraulic Breakers On “Subr” Mines

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of decreased productive capacity of mining operations on the deep levels of “SUBR” bauxite mines. The problem is in the blasting operations. Basting works are limiting the concentration of mining operations. As the result, there is no possibility for increase the productive capacity in general. The solution of this problem is in the shift from the blasting operations to the mechanized, via hydraulic breaker. Determination of productive capacity is based on the “Direction sheet” program. The purpose of this program is to calculate the direction sheet for drifting operation and to determine the optimal parameters for drifting operations in conditions of “SUBR” mines.
