Abstract

The high level of employee participation contributes to maintaining expertise, growing customer satisfaction, and improving stakeholder organizational efficiency. Access to training and job opportunities, the balance of work and life, and decision-making are essential for today's mixed generations. An employee with proper dedication and commitment to his company, such as greater productivity and reduced employee turnover, would have competitive advantages. So, it is no surprise that companies have invested overwhelmingly in policies and practices that increase their employee involvement and engagement regardless of scale. The research questions are to describe the factors influencing employees towards engagement in Automobile Industry and to find out whether the positive motivation of employees leads to employee engagement. The investigator adopted descriptive analysis. A structured questionnaire for middle-level workers was used to collect primary data from an automobile business in Tamil Nadu. A total of 424 intermediate employees and 327 of those were chosen by random sampling (lottery method) as an example. For various purposes, the name of the company was not published in the report. Fifteen respondents approved for the pilot study, and the questionnaire needed additional details and deletions. Statistical tools such as multiple regression, factor analysis and reliability test used to analyse the data for this research. This research shows that the car industry engages workers satisfactorily. Employees pursue communicated strategies, senior encouragement, career preparation, commitment, incentive. If the management thinks about these lines and includes its staff, this will affect organizational success and advancement in the long run significantly.
