Analysis of Shopping Fashion Tourism Satisfaction at Mall, Jakarta, Indonesia (Itc Cipulir Mas)

Abstract

This study will analyze this research has a purpose knowing the actual condition of shopping tourism in ITC Cipulir Mas Mall and analyzing the condition of the buyers at the ITC Cipulir Mas Mall.The sampling technique used is the Non-probability Sampling technique, the type of method used is purposive sampling. The data to be distributed to the total of 155 questionnaires to shopping tourists as respondents. The type of method used is purposive sampling. Measurement of variables is done using a Likert scale of 1 - 5. Data collected in tabulation, will be processed and analyzed. The results show a positive and significant relationship between product quality  and tourist satisfaction. The results show a positive and significant relationship between product prices and tourist satisfaction.  The results show a positive and significant relationship between tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. This study provides a deeper understanding of the desires of tourists shopping at malls in the city of South Jakarta for entrepreneurs in the field of shopping tourism to develop strategies to increase the value of a product to sell and provides benefits for the development of shopping tourism. Assisting the South Jakarta government in developing the mall as a shopping tour.
