Social Competence Formation Among Senior Class Pupils

Abstract

The article contains a theoretical analysis of competence concepts, competence,
social competence, studied the literature on the senior pupils age and psychological
characteristics, their social competence development, selected possible psychological
methods for measuring social competence, were considered social competence development
forms and methods of senior pupils, were given methodological recommendations for senior
teachers, aimed at developing the social of senior pupils competence, determined the
pedagogical conditions for the social competence formation of senior pupils, developed and
purposefully implemented in the educational process, a model for the social competence
development of students through group educational work, dialogue training, discussions,
disputes, communicative educational technologies.
