Abstract

Cloud computing is a service that has been accelerating its growth in the information technology industry in recent years. Privacy and security are challenging issues for cloud users and providers. In a public cloud environment, users cannot control its remote data as it transfers its data to a public cloud server. Therefore, information security is a significant problem in public cloud storage, such as the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and reliability of data. To solve this problem, in this paper an optimal cryptographic algorithm and multi-level authentication are proposed. For the encryption process, attribute-based encryption (ABE) is used. Keys are optimized with the help of the Tree Seed Optimization (TSO) algorithm to improve ABE. ABE aims to strengthen the confidentiality of critical data in public cloud storage. In the authentication process, a multi-level approach is used. In this case, we can skip the malicious access to the data. The problem is how data can be stored safely in public clouds without rising storage availability or device costs. In recent times, this problem has been solved by new techniques of encryption of data.. To evaluate security and performance, ABE with a multi-level authentication format is analysed and implemented in JAVA's platform.
