Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at CV. Rasa Laut Sentosa, Bandung. The research is conducted by gathering a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study are the employees of CV. Rasa Laut Sentosa that consist of 40 people who are divided into various divisions, namely production, quality control, warehouse, purchasing, personnel and general, and packing divisions. The benchmarks used in this study are based on the recapitulation of the company’s employee performance score. The data shows a decline in employee performance at CV. Rasa Laut Sentosa. The study uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, T Test, and F Test as the data analysis techniques.
