Abstract

Based on the relationship between perennial fruit production changes and age, size, and environmental factors, citrus yield treatment methods were established to separate trend yield, meteorological yield, and nutrient yield. Combining historical documents with the relationship between meteorological production and meteorological disasters, agricultural meteorological disaster risk assessment techniques were used to determine low temperature damage, heat damage indicators in the first half of May and the damage rate for citrus yield. The yield processing method error was 4.5%. Based on the uncertainty of agricultural agro meteorological disaster risk of citrus, based on the principle of information diffusion, using a normal information diffusion technology to transform a single sample observation into a fuzzy set of fuzzy mathematics method, a citrus agro meteorological disaster risk analysis model was established. It is relatively stable and meets the actual risk assessment results. Based on the quantitative analysis of risk, starting from the actual needs of policy-based agricultural insurance operations and integrating the advantages of regional production insurance and meteorological index insurance, the insurance claims index for agricultural meteorological disasters was designed, and the adverse selection, moral hazard, and post-disaster response in agricultural insurance were solved. The problems of low claims and high claims costs provide technical support for the sustainable development of policy-based agricultural insurance.
