Synthesis and Characterization of Some New Heterocyclic compounds (Oxazine, Thiazine, Diazepine and Pyrazole) from Chalcone Derivative

Abstract

This chalcone comes from reaction of p-Bromoacetophenone with p-chloro benzldehyde .The product were allowed to react with Urea, thiourea, o-phenylendiamine and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine, to give the heterocyclic derivatives of Oxazine ,thiazine, diazepine and pyrozole erspectively .The chemical reaction were followed up by using (TLC) thin layer chromatographic method . The characterization of newly synthesis heterocyclic copmounds were established on basis of melting points the spectral data like FT-IR and ¹H-NMR spectroscopy.
