Abstract

Purpose–The sector construction industry business in Indonesia is increasingly competitive. Demanding to
each industrieswhich to join the competition and It has big effortin the fierce competition where is able to
maintain sustainability in order to survive and control industry risks by creating economic value. The
advantage of competition is managing governance to control the risk of failure. company, efficiency in order
to remain profitable who can survive in uncertain situations.
Design/methodology/approach –Risk management can be applied and compared in the construction
services industry sector in Indonesia, there are 297 construction companies qualifying K3, M1, M3, ISO
9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 with a 3 year cycle, The research framework uses the
concept of causality approach with indicators of internal, external issues based on PESTLE indicators
(Political, Economic, Social-Culture, Technology, Legal, Environment), measured by risk management ISO
31000: 2018, FMEA risk analysis of Political, Economic, Social indicators Culture, Technology, Legal,
Environment (PESTLE) on the impact of the Performance toward the construction service industry in
Indonesia
Findings –The results of this researchis the integration of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:
2018 system management with high level structure (HLC) requirement clauses 1-10, 65 sub-clauses with 52
indicators of internal and external issues, parties Related to the stakeholders, the highest risk among
political, ecnomic, social cultural, technology, legal and environmental indicators is 39 indicators that are
categorized as very high risk level with assessment results (100 ~ 125), 13 indicators are categorized as
medium risk with range the risk assessment (? 48 ~ 64) PESTLE of system management integration analysis
which has a significant negative effect on the performance in the Indonesian construction industry services
Originality / value–The Research connected to the Indonesian construction service industry with the
integration of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 201 management systems, corrective actions
were taken on 39 PESTLE IMS Risk Analysis Category very high parameters during the 3-year certification
cycle , the impact of the improvement became a positive effect and succeeded in increasing ± 40% (118).
