Next Generation Smart Refrigerator with ChatBot

Abstract

Technology has been the greatest invention of Science in this 21st Century. It has not only made our life smart but it has also made our life more efficient by enabling us to make proper use of the resources available to us.  This concept of making life more efficient has made us to shift our focus into the heart of every house that is kitchen. This paper deals with the modeling of a Smart Refrigerator that will automatically detect the available quantities present in the refrigerator with the help of deep learning. It will also help us to identify the shortage of any item present in  the refrigerator and alert the user to replenish the item when its value falls below a particular threshold value via the Chat Bot. Lastly it will also provide us with an insight of all the dishes that can be prepared from the available items. Various concepts of Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Data Science have been applied in this work
