Research on the Optimized Application Model of Enterprise Management Software in Employee Management

Abstract

This paper plans to study on the optimized application model of enterprise management software in employee management. This paper based on the Software Industry HR System which has been in use, analyzes the requirement, management flow, and the idea of Human Resource Management, designs and implements an employee management system for our company. This paper bases on the discussing of In-Project system for Software industry, analyses the functional and non-functional requirement, and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart and use case. The experiment shows the proposed method can increase the management level of the employee in enterprise management.
